First, you pick your main program:
Option 1. Train for a race (6, 12, or 20 week program),
Option 2. Train running one week at a time,
Option 3. Workout session (live or virtual)
Option 4. Physical therapy for runners
Whatever you pick, all programs begin with the 45 minute EVALUATION, which can take place virtually or in person.
During the evaluation we review your medical and exercise history, perform strength and range of motion testing, a movement analysis, and discuss your current fitness level. During this time we will also set short and long term training goals.
Once we have all the info, our running doctor crafts your custom training program or workout schedule!
